Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for it is even worse. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip. Can I extend my stay before or after the trip?

Yes! Pre-trip and post-trip night options are available. Pricing will vary. Reach out for details.

What if I need help selecting a side to stay on (Grand vs Senses)?

We would be more than happy to assist you with selecting the best experience for your stay. Just reach out to us prior to booking to further discuss.

Do U.S. Citizens need a passport and a visa to travel to Jamaica?

Yes, a valid passport is required to travel to Jamaica. No visa is required for U.S. Citizens traveling to Jamaica. No additional ID is needed beyond your passport. Non-U.S. Citizens check entry/exit requirements HERE.

What is considered a valid passport for this trip?

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date; must not expire before December 29, 2027. Please ensure your passport is up to date before booking.

Is airfare included?

Airfare is not included in the trip price. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights. We can, however, add flights to your package or provide flight pricing upon request.

What if I can't find a roommate?

No worries — you can book as a single occupant. Please note that single occupancy pricing is higher than double occupancy.

What airport do I fly into?

Fly into Montego Bay Sangster International Airport (MBJ).

What is the deposit amount?

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $125.00 per person is required to secure your spot. This includes a $50 DreamKey Group Activity Fee which will be processed separately.

When does my trip have to be paid off?

All trips with DreamKey Vacations must be fully paid 30-60 days prior to departure unless the supplier being used requires a different deadline. The pay in full date will always be shown with the trip. If you are keeping the dates as advertised, May 8, 2027 is the final payment date.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We will automatically set up a default monthly payment plan. However, you can reach out before booking to discuss how frequently you'd like to make payments and work with your timeline. You can always pay more than the agreed amounts. As long as your full balance is paid by the due date (May 8, 2027), we can work with your payment schedule. If you need more time, we may be able to qualify you for a different payment plan — just mention that when you reach out and we'll discuss before booking. 😊

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations are subject to a $50 per person administrative fee.

Cancellations made 07/03/2026 – 05/08/2027: $50 admin fee

Health, Mobility & Accessibility Considerations:

International destinations, hotels, transportation providers, sea cruises, and river cruises outside of the United States may not comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and may offer limited accessibility features.

Tours may involve walking on uneven terrain, stairs, extended standing, cobblestone streets, inclines, and boarding smaller boats or vehicles. Due to space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, and other mobility devices may not be accommodated on some transfers, excursions, motor coaches, or river cruises.

Travelers requiring mobility assistance, medical accommodations, or special support are encouraged to notify us and disclose their needs in advance so the group and suppliers can best accommodate them where possible. While requests may be submitted to suppliers, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

If I cancel — can I get a full refund?

Can I invite others?

Absolutely! Many of our travelers share or tag family and friends to join them on the trip. If you have a group you'd like to invite, reach out and I can assist you once you've submitted your booking.

Group Harmony: To ensure the desired group synergy, DreamKey Vacations, LLC reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.

Are children welcomed on this trip?

We all love the kids! For this hosted trip, kids are welcomed on Princess Grand side, however: all group amenities, activities and events are catered to Adults Only.

Age you have to be to attend this trip?

21yrs+ are able to book this trip on their own.

Note: 18-20yrs - you can attend this trip if sharing a room with someone who is 25+. An exception may apply.

What is the difference in Private transportation vs Shared transportation?

Private Airport Transportation
A driver will be waiting to meet you and your party upon arrival and will transport you directly to your resort with no additional stops along the way.

Please note that private transportation requires all travelers arrive on the exact same flight itinerary and flight number. If travelers arrive on different flights, shared transportation will be required instead.

Shared Airport Transportation
Shared transportation means you will travel with other guests who may be staying at different resorts. The driver will make stops at resorts along the route, typically beginning with those closest to the airport, before arriving at your resort.

Because of the additional stops, shared transportation will increase travel time both upon arrival and departure.
