A canceled trip is disappointing, but losing the money you've already paid is even worse. We strongly recommend travel insurance to safeguard your investment.
Important: Please review our travel insurance information before submitting your final payment. Protection plans and costs depend on your total trip expenses. Your coverage begins as soon as your premium is received, but insurance may no longer be available once you've made your final trip payment.

A Passport is required for this International Trip to Mexico.Â
Your passport must be valid for 6 months and 1 day beyond your travel departure date. Must not expire before December 30, 2026.
Provided full payment is received by your Final Payment Due Date (May 8, 2026), Final Travel Documents will be sent via email 14 days or earlier prior to travel.
We suggest and recommend that all travelers arrive in Mexico on June 25, 2026 before 4 PM.
It is the traveler's responsibility to notify DreamKey Vacations Travel Team of all email address changes.
 Once you purchase your flights, please provide us with your flight information so we can ensure your transportation is ready to transport you to your resort. Please note that transportation is only valid for your trip dates booked.
Round-trip airport transportation is included for arrival and departure for our group trip dates of June 25, 2026 - June 29, 2026. If you arrive or depart outside of dates booked, you are responsible for securing your own transportation.
If you arrive or depart to a different airport other than CUN, you are responsible for securing your own transportation.
Mexico has a mandatory Environmental Fee that is due upon check-in - not included in your package. (Estimate $15pp)

1. Booking & Acceptance
By booking this group trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Group Trip Terms & Conditions. These terms apply specifically to hosted group travel and differ from individual trip bookings.
2. Reservations & Names
Traveler names must match government-issued identification exactly. Name changes are subject to supplier approval and may incur additional fees. Some suppliers do not allow name changes once booked.
3. Payments
Payment plans, when offered, must remain current to keep your reservation active. Missed or delayed payments may result in cancellation without refund. Deposit towards this group trip are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments made toward this group trip may be non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Pricing
Group trip pricing is based on availability and inclusions at the time of booking. Pricing is not retroactively adjusted for promotions or availability changes after booking.
5. Travel Documentation
It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain and maintain valid travel documents, including passports valid at least six months beyond return. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding or entry without refund.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Optional “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage must be purchased within the insurer’s required timeframe. All insurance claims are handled directly with the insurance provider.
7. Room Occupancy
Pricing is based on selected occupancy at booking. Changes to occupancy may result in repricing based on current rates and availability.
8. Flights & Arrival
Flight recommendations may be provided; however, travelers are responsible for booking flights that align with group arrival and departure guidelines.
9. Activities & Itinerary
Group activities will be scheduled with designated meeting times and locations. Participation is optional unless otherwise stated. Missed activities are non-refundable. Final itineraries may be adjusted due to local conditions or availability.

To maintain a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests:
• Respectful behavior toward fellow travelers, hosts, resort staff, and vendors is required at all times.
• Disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Guests who violate group guidelines, resort policies, or local laws may be removed from the group without refund.
• Guests are responsible for their own actions and any damages incurred.

Reinstatement fee of $100 per person is required, in addition to your past due balance to reinstate your booking after cancellation.
Reinstatement must be approved in order to make the trip active again.
